After the shopping agent provides a tracking number, open the tracking page and enter that number to request carrier updates.

Save a parcel number to find it again later. Sign in if you want saved parcel numbers linked to your account.
When no update appears
Check the number against the information supplied by the agent. A newly issued number may not yet have carrier events. Contact the agent if you need help identifying the shipment.
